Who can attend PHC training courses?

PHC’s training courses are open to staff from external developmental disability service providers and school districts across Mid-Missouri. PHC also trains its own internal staff, but internal training dates are not available for external registration. If you are unsure whether your organization qualifies, contact us — we are happy to help.

How do I register for a class?

Is PHC’s CPR training open to providers outside Mid-Missouri?

Yes — while PHC primarily serves providers in the Columbia, Moberly, and greater Mid-Missouri area, we welcome attendees from across Missouri. Training is held in person at our Columbia, MO facility at 3809 S. Providence Rd. What is Level 1 Medication Aide (Med Aid) training?

Level 1 Medication Aide (Med Aid) is a required certification for DD support staff in Missouri who administer medications to the individuals they support. The training covers medication types, proper documentation, administration procedures, and safety protocols. It is required for DD providers operating under Missouri DMH guidelines and must be renewed periodically. PHC’s training is open to external DD providers across Missouri.
