My name is Dylan Hayes, and I am the Chief Operating Officer with Palmer's Home Care. I have worked with individuals with developmental disabilities for the past several years as a case manager, special education teacher, residential house manager, and as a degreed professional manager. I greatly enjoy meeting new people and helping others pursue the goals they have for themselves.

My wife and I are originally from north Texas and have lived in Missouri since 2016. We have a wild and sweet toddler, Hudson, as well as two dogs, Scout and Willow. I have a Master’s Degree in Education from Hope International University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from the University of North Texas. Last but not least, I am a foodie, and I also love music! If you need local recommendations for restaurants or record stores, I'm your guy!
